During my time in the Disney College Program, I had the opportunity to work as a Cast Member at The Seas with Nemo & Friends attraction in Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando, Florida. My responsibilities included ensuring smooth operation of the ride and hosting the Turtle Talk with Crush interactive show, while providing exceptional guest experiences. Throughout my program, I consistently applied Disney's Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency to maintain a high standard of service and create a magical atmosphere for visitors. This valuable experience allowed me to develop my customer service and teamwork skills, while gaining a deeper understanding of the inner workings of a world-renowned entertainment company.
BackRecently, i have started volunterring for a charity called 'The Mix'. This is an online digital connector role within the charity. The aim of the role is to provide live chat and email services to young people aged under 25 who may need support in situations such as self-harm, mental health, homelessness and suiside plus many more. The role provides the young people with possibilities for helping them in there situation.
BackMoto is a uk service station company. During my time here i have worked in serveral units such as Greggs and the West Cornwall Pasty Compnay. My time at Moto has tought me the importance of strong teamwork and timekeeping.
